That was such a great post you linked to.  I love the line above - it explains a lot.  People don&#039;t want to risk being horrible at something new so they avoid it.  As a result they stay in the mediocre zone!  No risk - no reward!</description>

<p>That was such a great post you linked to.  I love the line above &#8211; it explains a lot.  People don&#8217;t want to risk being horrible at something new so they avoid it.  As a result they stay in the mediocre zone!  No risk &#8211; no reward!</p>
